Packages & Catering

All the food served in the chalet is homemade and a lot of the ingerdients are sourced from the garden. Our service is always kept at a high standard. Our half board catered package consists of a cooked and continental breakfast (7 mornings) plus a 4 course evening meal (6 evenings), giving you one night to enjoy one of the local restaurants.

Breakfast

Continental with cooked items to choose from, such as porridge oats, eggs, homemade sausages, bacon, grilled tomatoes or mushrooms.

Afternoon tea

Served with homemade cakes/cookies.

Dinner

The four course evening meal ends with fresh coffee & mints and a glass of schnapps.

Preparation

All meals are homemade in our house kitchen. Prepared and served by our in house staff for an enjoyable relaxed meal.

Ingredients

All of the ingredients are fresh, and when availble will be sourced locally. Many of the herbs come from our own garden.

Afternoon Tea/coffe & Cakes

In the Winter we serve freshly bakes cakes and cookies with tea and coffee in the afternoon.

We have tried to give you a wide and varied healthy selection of meals from around the world during the week.

Starters

Our starters are to give you an apertizer for the delicious main meals to come. The sarters are all designed to be withion the theme of the evenngs meal.

Deserts

While on holiday why not treat yourself to our wonderful deserts, just enough to end the evening meal.
